A trainer who takes your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight, gaining muscle and healthy eating can be challenging. My goal is to help you overcome hurdles and push yourself to reach your goals. I will assess and analyze your body type, BMI, and diet (eating habits) to create your individualized fitness plan.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits can be challenging. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
With my own success and experience, I am capable of analyzing and assessing your needs to create a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
You choose your style of training! All services must be booked 5 days in advance. There is 24 hour payment/cancellation policy.
A customized workout plan that is tailored to promote your fitness growth. The workout will be a combination of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Strengthening & Toning, Muscle Development and Cardiovascular Endurance.
A customized workout with a partner. Each person will have their own workout plan plus some exercises to be done with their partner. The workout will be a combination of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Strengthening & Toning, Muscle Development and Cardiovascular Endurance.
A 3-5 person workout that will be a total body workout. The workout will be a combination of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Strengthening & Toning, Muscle Development and Cardiovascular Endurance.
It is like working out with a buddy or buddies. For a 30-minute period, you can work out in the comfort of your home, while in quarantine.
Wifi + ZOOM + personal trainer = workout accountability
An indoor or outdoor experience with a group of fitness-oriented people having fun!
If inclement weather should occur, participants will be issued a refund or raincheck.
Your personalized workout & meal plan. Plans can be designed for 14/30 days. You choose your plan. Send a message for more information.
Personlized Training 1-1 with workouts tailored to your goals and fitness level.
